01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "p777game" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the p777game online gaming platform operated at p777game.app and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the p777game platform in any capacity.

• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player into their p777game Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded to the Player by p777game that are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until such requirements are satisfied.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and age verification process that p777game is obligated to conduct under its gaming licence obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those bonus funds, or any winnings derived therefrom, may be withdrawn.
• "Services" — collectively refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and account management features available on the p777game platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the p777game platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with p777game's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the p777game platform and close your account.

p777game reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Registration of an account does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform.

04 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on p777game at any time. If p777game identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held therein may be forfeited. The original, verified account may be reinstated at p777game's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. p777game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify p777game's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. p777game may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

p777game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The account is suspected of being used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.
• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• p777game is required to do so by its regulatory obligations or by order of a competent authority.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on p777game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p777game does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR transactions. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. p777game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered p777game account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The following general conditions apply to all p777game bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded at p777game's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money balances and will be consumed before real money funds in gameplay, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds not converted within this period will expire and be removed from the account.

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games offered on p777game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and competition. p777game reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in odds, market availability, or data feed has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.

In the event of a technical failure — including server outage, disconnection, or software malfunction — during a game round or bet settlement, p777game will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome of the affected round from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the Player.

p777game reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and game-specific wagering restrictions at any time. These limits are published in the respective game interfaces and the platform's terms schedule.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p777game platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Colluding with other Players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated card-sharing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to make wagering decisions or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake in order to extract value from the platform.
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to fund or operate your account.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform simultaneously.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with p777game's support team.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform, including denial-of-service attacks, hacking attempts, or unauthorised access to other Players' accounts.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the p777game platform — including but not limited to the p777game brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface layouts, game assets, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of p777game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the p777game platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any p777game content without prior written permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on p777game's software or game assets.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents p777game from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.

Players based in Pakistan acknowledge that they access the p777game platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with their local laws and regulations.
